These Terms govern your use of muckybeats.com and any services, downloads, subscriptions, or products offered by Mucky LLC ("Mucky", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who We Are

muckybeats.com is operated by Mucky LLC, a California limited liability company, sole member Reynard Bargmann, professionally known as Mucky. For licensing, sync, and professional inquiries: info@muckybeats.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, subscribe, or make a purchase. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

Some features (member area, subscription tiers, downloads, shop history) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@muckybeats.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions & Tiers

Paid subscription tiers unlock access to additional catalog content, stems, and member features. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout, billed by Stripe, until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing info@muckybeats.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Shop & Digital Products

Shop items (sample packs, presets, stems, downloads) are digital goods delivered electronically after successful payment via Stripe. Because these are non-returnable digital files, all sales are final once the download has been accessed, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If a file fails to download or is materially defective, contact info@muckybeats.com within 14 days and we'll resolve it.

License to Use Audio & Sample Content

Unless a separate written license says otherwise, audio, stems, sample packs, and presets purchased or downloaded from muckybeats.com are licensed to you (the buyer) on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free basis to use in your own original musical works. You may NOT: (a) resell, redistribute, or share the raw files; (b) include the files in another sample pack or sound library; (c) use them in AI training datasets; (d) claim ownership of the underlying recordings. Mucky retains all copyrights in the source recordings.

Sync & Custom Licensing

For film, TV, advertising, game, or commercial sync use of any Mucky composition or master recording, a separate written sync license is required. Submit requests via the licensing page or to info@muckybeats.com. Standard shop and subscription licenses do NOT cover sync use.

User Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer or scrape the site; bypass paywalls or subscription gates; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; use the site to harass, infringe, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All site content, design, code, branding, logos, photography, copy, music, and stems are owned by Mucky LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on the site grants you a license to anything except as expressly stated.

If you subscribe to the newsletter we'll send occasional dispatches about releases, drops, and behind-the-scenes work. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting info@muckybeats.com.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mucky LLC, its members, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or your purchases is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mucky LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to active subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California, except where local consumer-protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
