No sound
Check the host audio device, track monitoring, MIDI input, instrument output level and amp envelope. In a licensed build, check that the licence is active. A website interface preview produces neither the native engine nor a licence for your installed plug-in.
Plug-in not found
Confirm Apple Silicon/macOS 15+ requirements and that the package completed installation. Restart or rescan your host and check the format it supports. Avoid duplicate manual copies from older builds; preserve your user presets before changing an installation.
Kick Pocket or MIDI output
Verify the kick is actually routed to the sidechain input, or the intended MIDI trigger reaches the instrument. MIDI output and sidechain setup depend on the host. A control moving on screen is not proof that the host route is connected.
What to send support
Email support@muckybeats.com with the product, exact build/installer, macOS version, DAW and plug-in format, steps to reproduce, and the visible error. Include your order reference for download/licence issues. Do not include passwords, API tokens or payment-card details.
