Requirements
The verified 0.1.0 Mac installer targets arm64 / Apple Silicon and macOS 15.0 or later. It contains AU, VST3 and Standalone formats. An Intel Mac or an earlier macOS version is not covered by this package. Windows is not included in this Mac release.
Install the package
Use the installer provided with your order or invitation. Keep its filename/version so support can identify the exact build.
- Close your DAW before running the .pkg installer.
- Open the package and follow macOS Installer’s prompts.
- Reopen your DAW and rescan instruments if Bass One does not appear.
- Load the instrument on a MIDI/instrument track, not an audio-effect insert.
Installed locations
The package places the AU in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components, the VST3 in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3, and the Standalone application in /Applications. Host plug-in menus and rescan procedures vary.
If macOS blocks installation
Keep the exact error message and installer filename. Confirm you are using the supplied, signed package and meet the requirements. Contact support if the warning remains. Do not disable macOS security or substitute an unverified package.
